In the spirit of wanting to share ideas, but not necessarily make them completely available to any Tom, Dick, or Jane, I've invented the following license for some code I've been writing to demonstrate ideas for a rendering engine for Themis:

It's not meant to be a limiting license; but it's mean to allow me to share my ideas with other people so that they can see what I'm talking about. If I decide to use what I've written in the demo app in Themis, then I can simply change the license. It also allows others to work with my code, while protecting us both at the same time.
Or at least that's my intent and I hope that's what people get out of it.
